Principal Taxation

Yen is a principal in the tax group. She has over 10 years of experience in such diverse areas as tax equalization, cross-border transactions, and sales and consumption taxes, as well as in inbound work for both private and public international companies. Yen has also spearheaded our expatriate work for private and public corporations from France, United Kingdom, the United States and other countries. In addition, Yen is in charge of our extensive practice of managing the income, sales and other tax compliance requirements for entertainers from around the world who come to perform in Canada.

Yen has lectured in the Graduate Diploma in Taxation program at McGill University and has presented at the Association de Planification Fiscale et Financiére. Yen also has a Masters Degree in Taxation.
