Michel Mercure is a partner in assurance and business advisory services. He has close to 30 years of experience advising clients in a wide array of industries.. Michel utilizes his considerable knowledge and understanding of tax issues to be actively involved in complex tax reorganization transactions, and assists his clients by providing expert business advice and best practices. He has developed expertise with both private and public companies in the areas of manufacturing, service industries and real estate. Michel is also very much involved in consulting and structuring with respect to inbound investments, and has assisted many multinational enterprises conforming to foreign reporting standards.
