Marvin is renowned for his extensive product knowledge, expertise and creativity in obtaining financing for small to medium-sized companies, as well as for his experience in structuring complex transactions in order to optimize a company’s growth and profitability. He is also experienced in obtaining financing for multi-million-dollar transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.

In addition to his assurance and advisory practice, Marvin has been involved for many years with community and not-for-profit organizations. He has sat on many committees and board of directors as both president and treasurer.
