Sherri, who began her career at Nexia Friedman in 1988, has been a partner since 2004. She is involved with assurance and business advisory services for both private and public companies in various sectors and has developed an expertise in consulting for and taking a hands-on approach with start-up companies. She is also very involved in consulting with clients on Bill 90 (Quebec Training Tax) issues as well as on public company reporting requirements.

Sherri has also developed a significant expertise in advising and reporting for not-for-profit organizations (“NPO”). With Sherri providing the most current information available related to regulations and reporting requirements for NPOs, the organizations can focus on their success and not on regulations.

Sherri, who has obtained a certificate in Human Resources (“HR”) Management, heads up our HR and Professional Standards departments. Her responsibilities in this area include overseeing the recruitment process and professional training program, as well as setting and implementing firm policies and procedures.

In addition to being a frequent lecturer in the community, Sherri serves on the board of a not-for-profit organization and is very involved with the West Island Chamber of Commerce.
