Flexible Work Schedules

As part of our dynamic culture, we have developed a flexible work schedule for students as well as experienced staff members.

We understand the needs you have as a student; a timetable favourable to you in one semester might not be so the next. We can adjust your working schedule accordingly. In the past we have often had students who continuously alternate from working three days to four days a week. We also offer our students, who have completed a summer of full time work, to work once a week while completing their undergraduate degree. This allows them to keep their skills current and to keep in touch with their colleagues. Nexia Friedman can also accommodate those wishing to take a semester off to return to school full-time. As well, recognizing the importance of education, we can allot the extra time off necessary for students during exams.

Nexia Friedman also encourages and assists staff members in improving their quality of life by trying to balance family and work commitments. The firm provides experienced professional and support staff with the option to work part-time in order to accommodate other aspects of their personal lives, such as raising children or caring for family members. This flexibility has allowed us to attract and retain some excellent individuals who would otherwise not have remained in public practice as they could not work on a full-time basis.
